These are sssoooooo delicious not a cookie, not a cake HeaVeN!

Peanut Butter Cupcakes

1 1/4 C flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 C unsalted butter(room temp)
1 1/3 C sugar
2/3 C creamy peanut butter
3 large eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 C sour cream

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line standard muffin tins with paper liners. Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder,and salt.

2. Cream butter and sugar with electric mixer on medium-high until pale and fluffy. Reduce speed to low and add peanut butter, eggs, one at a time, & vanilla. Add flour mixture then sour cream.

3. Fill each lined cup 2/3 full. **I like to add chocolate chips to the top, but hubby likes them plain** Bake about 13 minutes, rotate halfway through.
